Hey peeps!
Since the blog is set, I think I might have to introduce briefly about myself.
I'm just a normal human being with passion towards other living beings. But others might see me as a freak, just because I don't have a boyfriend like they do (Duh!) but befriended with animals. Regardless what they say, I don't give a damn. I love animals, I really do. Especially the less fortunate ones; the strays.
I am a Muslimah. Yes, a Muslimah & I don't hate dogs. I don't think dogs are gross. Unfortunately in the country I'm living, the community tend to have this kind of misconception towards dogs. Because of that, they even taught their children to hate dogs, to stone them & to beat them when there are dogs around. Some even kill the dogs & the innocent puppies. That's very very very cruel! I don't understand, how could they called themselves human/pious people but at the same time, they are torturing ALLAH's creations?
Maybe, this blog will cause hatred among the readers/dog haters. But to clear things up, this is one of the ways to educate people. Dogs are not haram. It is haram to eat the flesh of the dogs. But it is not haram to feed, to help, & to touch dogs. Moreover, in Islam, it is also allowed to have dogs under some conditions & rules.
So, I really hope that this blog can actually open your eyes & mind. Please, quit being one of the jumudians! It's annoying, you know!
